Crash logs contain information about what the app was doing just when it crashed. To find a crash log, sync your iPhone, iPod or iPad, then locate the log file for the app in one of the locations below -- based on your computer's operating system. The log file’s name should start with the app’s name; e.g. "GoodTurn" or "TheUnitedStates." OS X Crash Logs ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<your iPhone’s name>/ Windows XP Crash Logs C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\<your iPhone’s name>\ Windows Vista and Windows 7 Crash Logs C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<your iPhone’s name>\ Once you’ve located the crash log file, please email it back to us. |
